FanStatFit ("the App") is developed by Jeffrey Dauphin ("I," "me," or "my"). I respect your privacy and am committed to being transparent about how the App works. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it's used, and your choices.
Information You Provide
Your Collection Data
All data you create in FanStatFit—including your lockers, items, photos, and preferences—is stored locally on your device and in your personal iCloud account (if enabled). I do not have access to this data, and it is never transmitted to me.
Photos
Photos you add to your items are stored only on your device and in your personal iCloud account. I do not collect, view, or store your photos.
Information Collected Automatically
Analytics Data
The App uses Google Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data. This helps me understand how people use FanStatFit so I can improve it. This data includes:
- General usage patterns (which features are used)
- App performance and stability information
- Device type and operating system version
- General location (country/region level only, not precise location)
This data is anonymous and cannot be used to identify you personally. It is not sold to third parties.
Crash Reports
If the App crashes, anonymous diagnostic information may be sent to help me identify and fix problems. This does not include any of your personal data or collection information.
Information Not Collected
To be clear, FanStatFit does NOT collect:
- Your name, email address, or contact information
- Your precise location
- Your photos or item details
- Any data that could personally identify you
Third-Party Services
Apple iCloud
If you enable iCloud sync, your data is stored in your personal iCloud account, governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Sports Data
The App displays sports schedules and game information sourced from third-party providers. This is reference data only—no personal information is shared with these providers.
Google Firebase
Analytics data is processed by Google Firebase. You can learn more about Google's privacy practices at google.com/policies/privacy.
Apple In-App Purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple and governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. I do not receive or store your payment information.
Children's Privacy
FanStatFit does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since the App does not collect personal information from any user, it is suitable for users of all ages.
Your Choices
Analytics Opt-Out
You can limit analytics data collection by enabling "Limit Ad Tracking" in your iOS Settings under Privacy & Security > Tracking.
iCloud Sync
You control whether your data syncs via iCloud through the App's settings.
Delete Your Data
Since all your data is stored locally and in your own iCloud account, you can delete it at any time by deleting items within the App or by deleting the App entirely.
Changes to This Policy
I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
