Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using FanStatFit ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Description of Service
FanStatFit is a personal organization app that helps you manage your sports memorabilia and team gear collections. The App allows you to catalog items, organize them by team, and view sports schedules to help you decide what to wear on game days.
Your Data and Content
Ownership
You retain full ownership of all content you create in the App, including your item entries, photos, and organizational preferences.
Storage
Your data is stored locally on your device and, if enabled, in your personal iCloud account. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. I am not responsible for any data loss.
Acceptable Use
The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage or impair the App's functionality.
In-App Purchases
FanStatFit may offer optional features through in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
Refunds
All sales are final. Refund requests must be directed to Apple, as I do not process payments directly.
Price Changes
Prices for in-app purchases may change at any time without prior notice.
Sports Data and Schedules
The App displays sports schedules, scores, and game information sourced from third-party providers. This information is provided for convenience only.
No Guarantee of Accuracy
I do not guarantee that sports data will be accurate, complete, or up-to-date. Schedules and game times are subject to change by leagues and broadcasters.
Not Affiliated with Sports Leagues
FanStatFit is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any sports league, team, or sports data provider. Any team names, logos, or related imagery that appear in the App—whether provided by the App or uploaded by you—are the property of their respective owners.
Intellectual Property
FanStatFit
The App name, design, and original content are the property of Jeffrey Dauphin. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App or its components without permission.
Your Content
You retain all rights to the photos and content you add to the App.
Team Trademarks
Sports team names, logos, and related marks are trademarks of their respective teams and leagues. Their appearance in the App does not imply endorsement.
Disclaimers
"As Is" Basis
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. I do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data or inability to use the App.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. I reserve the right to discontinue the App or any features at any time without notice.
Changes to These Terms
I may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
